CHAIRMAN Adam Pearson says the mental strength of Hull City's players will be key to helping them retain Premier League status.
Having seen Iain Dowie's side keep survival hopes alive with a 2- 0 win over Fulham, Pearson was delighted with the desire and commitment on display.
And he says those qualities can hold them in good stead in a survival battle he now fully expects to go to the final day.

And Pearson feels the Tigers didn't get the full credit they deserved for their display.
He said: "It was a great result and I was disappointed that many people talked about Fulham having three or four players missing.
"We were really badly hit and had seven or eight out of our first choice side.

"I have heard nothing regarding possible interest in any of our players," said Pearson.
